Production time
Orders are produced and shipped within 2–3 weeks after artwork approval. Larger brand activations may take longer; we'll quote a timeline up front.
Shipping
We ship nationwide within the United States via trackable carriers. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. International shipping is not currently offered.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email hello@theeventstudio.co within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We'll make it right at no cost to you.
Returns on custom merchandise
Because every order is custom-produced from your artwork, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges except for production defects covered above.
