Orders & artwork
All orders require client-provided artwork that you confirm you own or are licensed to use. We may decline any project that infringes third-party rights or conflicts with our values. Production begins after artwork approval; turnaround is typically 2–3 weeks.
Pricing & payment
Prices are listed in USD and may change. Payment is due in full at checkout unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before artwork approval. Once production begins, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Limitation of liability
Our liability for any claim related to your use of the site or our products is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.
